How do I earn points for rewards? ⭐️
You can easily earn rewards points with Walk to Plant. Each virtual tree you plant with your steps, you earn 50 reward points!
Will I still plant trees while earning reward points? 🌳
Yes! Reward points are a bonus to all the trees you plant with your steps.
For example, for every 10,000 steps you walk, you will plant one virtual tree AND earn 50 points.
You can see how many trees you’ve planted in the Treecard app at the top of the home screen and on your Tree Valley.

Do reward points expire? 🗓
No, your points will never expire!
You can redeem your points right away or save them to redeem at a later time.
How do I keep track of my reward points? 📗
You can see your points in the Reward Center by clicking on Rewards at the bottom of the screen in the Treecard app.
To keep track of your points, we also recommend enabling the rewards notification in the Treecard app under ⚙️ > Notifications settings.
How do I use my points to redeem rewards? 🎁
You can redeem your points for planet-friendly rewards in the Treecard app by navigating to Rewards and tapping on Claim on your desired reward.
You can also filter by Reward type or Progress to find the perfect reward!
Once you select a reward you would like to redeem your points for, please select Claim now to confirm.

How long does it take for me to receive my reward? 📬
As soon as you claim your reward, it will be confirmed and processed. It can take up to 30 days for you to receive a physical reward, but digital rewards should arrive sooner. If you have questions about a reward, please reach out to our support team through the In-App chat or email [email protected].
What address will my reward be shipped to? 🏡
We will ship your rewards to your mailing address on file with your Treecard account. If you need to change your address, please reach out to our support team through the In-App chat or email [email protected], prior to redeeming your points for the reward.
Can I give rewards to friends? 🎁
Absolutely! You're allowed to send all kinds of gifted rewards to friends. You even get a reward yourself when you send a gift to a friend - learn more here!
