Before we ship your welcome gift, we want to make sure you are sticking around! Therefore, you unlock your welcome gift once you have walked your first 10,000 steps. 👣

When you hit 10,000 steps, click ‘Claim’ on your first tree. You will see a page that looks like this confirming that you are ready to receive your gift ⬇️

After you see this page, all you have to do is give us your address you’d like to send it to and pay for shipping. Payment is made securely through Stripe.🦓

Typically, our welcome gifts arrive within 30 days of your order. However, there can sometimes be slight delays due to high demand! 📈

We try to make sure our supply chains are as green as possible. We work with small, sustainable business partners to ensure this, which means our shipping process moves slightly slower than you may be accustomed to. But don't worry - we will get your gift to you! 📫
