How can I send a gift reward to friends and family?
Sending a gift to your friends and family, and to yourself, is easy.
Please follow the instructions below:
Navigate to the reward section in the Treecard app ⭐️
Select the gift you would like to send and tap on Gift now 🎁
Enter your address and click Continue 🏡
Now please enter your friend's first name and email address or phone number ✍️
Your friend or family member will now receive an email or text message prompting them to sign up for Treecard in order to claim their gift.
Please note that we will only process your reward once your friend has claimed it too. If your friend doesn’t redeem it within 14 days the gift will expire and we will refund your redeemed points to you. Please remind your friend to check their spam box. 📧
How can my friend claim their gift?
Claiming a gift only takes a few minutes:
Ensure they sign up with the email address or phone number that you sent the gift to ✍️
Claim their gift after they sign in 🎁
If they have the Treecard app already, they just have to open the app to claim your gift! If they don't redeem it within 14 days, the gift will expire.🗓

What limits apply to gifting rewards?
You can only receive each gift reward once. However, you can send gift rewards to as many friends and family members as you like. 💚
The house plant gift can only be sent to friends that don't already have a Treecard account.🪴
When will I receive my gift?
We will only process your reward once your friend has claimed it too. If your friend doesn’t redeem it within 14 days the gift will expire and we will refund your redeemed points to you. Please remind your friend to check their spam box.
Once the gift has been successfully claimed, it can take up to 30 days for you to receive your gift reward in the mail.
