For Walk to Plant Members: 🚶
If you are just using Walk to Plant or Spend, changing your name, password, or address is super simple!
Here's what to do:
On the Home page, go to Settings by tapping on the gear in the top right corner ⚙️
From there, tap on Personal Details 👤
Click on your name, address, or email and write in your new information! ✍️
Please note: For security & logistical purposes, this process can only be done once a month per personal detail.
For Wooden Debit Cardholders: 💳
Updating your mailing address🏡
To update your mailing address please get in touch with our support team by emailing us at [email protected].
To assure account security we will ask for a picture of your ID or a recent utility bill in your name with the updated address.
Please note: We will not change your address to a P.O. box, maildrop address, or business address.
Updating your email address 📧
To update your email address on file with your Treecard account please get in touch with our support team by emailing us at [email protected].
To assure account security we will need to confirm the following information:
🙌 Your full name
🎂 Your date of birth
💳 The last four digits of your Treecard
✉️ The email address currently on file for your Treecard account
Updating your phone number ☎️
To update your mailing address please get in touch with our support team by emailing us at [email protected].
To assure account security we will need to confirm the following information:
☎️ Your new phone number
📱 Your old phone number
📸 A picture of your State ID or Driver's license
Changing your name 💁🏽
To change your name on file with your Treecard account please get in touch with our support team by emailing us at [email protected].
Please note that as a federally regulated company we require your current legal name to be on your Treecard account.
In order to change your name on your Treecard account, we will ask for one of the following documents:
📸 Picture of your ID with your new name
🏳️⚧️ Picture of a "Name Change Certificate" or "Order for a Name Change" from a court
💍 A picture of your marriage certificate
